I made these adorable snowflake cupcakes for a graduation party. The cupcakes are red velvet with cream cheese swiss meringue buttercream. The graduate is a red velvet cupcake fanatic! She said these were the best she’d ever had! The snowflakes are made out of vanilla flavored fondant with edible glitter.
Wedding Cupcakes
A few weeks ago I made cupcakes for a Halloween wedding. My cousins run a catering business and they ordered the cupcakes from me. They were very basic, vanilla and chocolate but delicious none the less. Strange twist… it turned out the groom was my high school boyfriend! It is a small world!
