Campbell’s Ballerina Cake

This deep dark chocolate and swiss-meringue buttercream cake was made for the cutest 4-year old I know.  My boss’ daughter Campbell turned four years old today. I held the cake out for and her face lit up with a big smile and big eyes as she examined her special cake.  She was bummed that it had to ride in the trunk home and not on her lap where it belonged.
